The double fine opener is a machine made up of two consecutive carding groups. All cylinders have rigid wire clothing.
The machine processes all kind of nonwoven waste which is difficult to recover with other types of machinery. It is possible to bring back to the state of fibre, most of the nonwoven, needled and thermo-bonded wastes, that are normally considered not recoverable.
