This system consists of:
– Fibre feeding and dosing equipment
– Chute feed for the formation of the fiber mat.
– Weight control system
– Card feeding Group
– Carding group for the processing and opening of the fibre or the
fibre blend to give to the next group called the HIGH LOFT.
– HIGH LOFT group create a fiber mat an accurate orientation
of the fibers and obtain products of low thickness and weights at high speeds.
